Remi-Victor took lessons in figure drawing, painting & restoration drawing at the High School of Visual Arts in Anderlecht and landscape painting and watercolour in Oudenaarde.

Through the figurative, he moves on to abstraction. His work is a transition from realism to abstract-surrealism. He draws his inspiration from nature, the people around him, he creates his own dream world and tries to express his own vision about the things that happen.

In his abstract works he mainly shows colour & composition. He allows the viewer the freedom to explore and express his own interpretation. For him it is a way of giving everything a place, a form of processing.
